Commercial Audio Licensing

Commercially licensed ambient audio for your wellness practice

Simple monthly plans for massage therapists, yoga teachers, and studios — with clear license terms so you know exactly what is covered.

Plans from $29/mo. Commercial-use license included. ASCAP/BMI obligations not replaced.

What it covers

Every track on Evergreen Echo carries a commercial-use license. Play it in paid sessions, in your studio, or in your classes — that right is part of your plan.

Massage & Bodywork

Music for treatment rooms, not waiting rooms

Independent massage therapists and bodywork practitioners need ambient audio that holds a session — unhurried, unobtrusive, without lyrics that pull a client back to their to-do list. The commercial license that comes with your plan covers one-to-one paid sessions.

  • Commercial-use license for paid sessions
  • Slow-paced, long-form ambient tracks
  • Massage and bodywork collection
  • ASCAP/BMI obligations not replaced — license terms explain what is and is not covered

Yoga & Meditation

Audio that holds the room without drawing attention to itself

Yoga and meditation teachers need collections organized by use case, not by artist or genre. Evergreen Echo groups tracks by the situation they serve: opening flows, long holds, savasana, and guided meditation. The commercial license covers group classes.

  • Yoga, meditation, and focus collections
  • Commercial-use license covers group classes
  • Tracks organized by session phase, not genre

Wellness Studios

One subscription, multiple practitioners and rooms

Small studios managing multiple treatment rooms or instructors need audio licensing that scales without per-seat fees. The Studio and Multi-location plans cover wider use. Every plan includes a clear statement of what the license does and does not replace.

  • Studio and Multi-location plan tiers
  • All mood/use-case collections included
  • Plain license documentation included

How it works

From sign-up to playing in your space

Four steps. No equipment to install, no licensing paperwork to file on your end.

Step 1

Choose your plan and business type

Pick the plan that fits your setup: solo practitioner, single studio, or multi-location. During sign-up you tell us your use case so the license on your account reflects how you actually work.

Step 2

Browse collections by mood and use case

Your library is organized by how you need it: Meditation, Massage, Yoga, and Focus. All tracks are currently labeled as placeholder content while licensing is being finalized — final tracks will carry the same commercial-use terms.

Step 3

Stream in your browser or cast to your speakers

No app to install. Open the library on any device with a browser and play directly into your space. Nothing to download, no file management. The license is tied to your active subscription.

Step 4

Your dashboard shows your license, plan, and renewal

Your account dashboard shows your plan tier, what the commercial-use license covers, and when it renews. Plain language — not legal jargon. If you have a question, support is one message away.

A note on public-performance licensing: The Evergreen Echo commercial license covers the use of our specific tracks in your paid sessions and space. It does not replace separate public-performance licenses such as those issued by ASCAP, BMI, or SESAC, which cover public broadcast rights. Your dashboard explains what each license type covers and which, if any, may apply to your situation.

Pricing

One price, one commercial-use license

All plans are billed monthly and include the commercial-use license for your plan tier. Public-performance obligations (ASCAP/BMI/SESAC) are separate and not replaced by any Evergreen Echo plan.

Questions

Licensing, plainly explained

What exactly does the commercial-use license cover?

Your Evergreen Echo license gives you the right to play our specific audio tracks in paid sessions and in your studio or class space, for the scope described in your plan (solo, single location, or multi-location). It is a direct license between you and Evergreen Echo for the tracks in our library. It does not cover tracks from other services, and it does not replace separate public-performance licensing obligations.

Do I still need an ASCAP or BMI license?

Public-performance licenses (ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, and others) cover broadcast and public-performance rights in certain venue contexts. Whether you need one depends on factors like your state, the type of space, and how you use music. Evergreen Echo does not make that determination for you. Your dashboard includes a plain-language explanation of what Evergreen Echo covers and a pointer to resources on public-performance licensing, so you can make an informed decision.

What does 'placeholder audio' mean?

While we finalize licensing agreements with composers and rights holders, the tracks in the library are placeholder audio — representative examples of the types of content we plan to carry. They are labeled clearly as placeholders throughout the app. Subscribers get access to the final licensed catalog when it is ready, and all final tracks will carry the same commercial-use license terms.

Can I cancel my plan at any time?

Yes. Plans are monthly. You can cancel from your account dashboard before your next renewal date. After cancellation, your access and license continue through the end of the period you paid for.

Is the audio downloadable?

No. Evergreen Echo is a streaming service. Tracks play in your browser. Downloads are not provided, which is part of how the commercial-use license is structured.

What if I have a question about whether the license applies to my situation?

Contact support from your account dashboard. We will do our best to answer plainly. For situations that require legal advice, we will say so rather than guess.
